Shipping policy

Everything we sell is printed to order, so there are two parts to how long your order takes: production, then shipping.

 

PRODUCTION TIME

 

Most items are printed and packed within 2 to 5 business days. Mugs and stickers are often faster. Production time does not include shipping.

 

SHIPPING TIME

 

United States: typically 3 to 5 business days after production.

International: typically 10 to 30 business days after production, depending on destination and customs.

 

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include both production and shipping.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what you have ordered. Orders over $50 ship free.

 

FREE SHIPPING OVER $50

 

The discount applies automatically once your cart reaches $50 before tax. It cannot be combined with other discount codes.

 

WHERE WE SHIP FROM

 

Orders are produced and dispatched by our print partners, usually from the facility closest to you. If you order several items, they may be made in different facilities and arrive separately, at no extra cost to you.

 

TRACKING

 

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If several items ship separately, you will get a tracking number for each.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

 

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

DELAYS

 

Carrier delays, weather and holiday volume can all affect delivery. If your order is significantly overdue, email orders@igotstumped.com with your order number and we will chase it.
